About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our Neighbourhood Team and drive the delivery of outstanding neighbourhood services. As a forward-thinking leader, you will provide strategic direction and operational management, ensuring the team delivers high-quality services that meet the needs of our tenants and staff.

Your expertise in managing key cyclical contracts and building effective relationships with contractors will be invaluable in achieving our goals. You will also play a key role in shaping our community development initiatives, working closely with colleagues to create vibrant and inclusive neighbourhoods.

What We Offer
A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata), and access to a contributory pension scheme.
