Job Title: Community Development Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Development Officer.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced professionals to develop and deliver community-focused initiatives across our projects.

The successful candidate will identify suitable partners to deliver community-focused initiatives and report to their line manager on the delivery of outputs, raising any risks or issues that may impact delivery.

You will also support the development of a delivery plan for social value commitments on each project and contribute to team meetings, offering solutions and sharing best practice.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver community-focused initiatives across our projects.
  • Identify suitable partners to deliver community-focused initiatives.
  • Report to line manager on the delivery of outputs and raise any risks or issues that may impact delivery.
  • Support the development of a delivery plan for social value commitments on each project.
  • Contribute to team meetings, offering solutions and sharing best practice.
