Teaching Personnel is committed to supporting students with diverse needs by providing high-quality educational services. We are currently seeking a Personalised Learning Tutor to join our team in Daventry and surrounding areas.

As a Personalised Learning Tutor, you will work one-to-one with students aged 5-16, catering to their individual learning requirements. Your expertise will focus on developing tailored lesson plans that improve academic outcomes in Maths and English.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each student
  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure seamless support

Requirements for the role include:

  • QTS, Higher Level Teaching Assistant, or relevant SEN/SEMH experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
