Job Title: Child Development Specialist

Location: Blackpool

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate child development specialist to join our team at MIChild Group's Meadow Nursery. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging learning activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development in children.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of childcare services.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that fosters a love for learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Participate in staff training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to Ofsted standards and regulations to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Dedicated and flexible approach to meeting the needs of children and families.
  • Possession of Paediatric First Aid certification.

Salary: £12 per hour
