Job Description:
- We are seeking an HR Administrator to provide administrative support to our HR team.
- Responsibilities will include developing training and development initiatives for employees, implementing staff training and development initiatives, assisting in the recruitment process, preparing offer letters for new employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and supporting the HR team with ad-hoc projects.
The Successful Applicant:
- Should have an academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have experience implementing training and development initiatives.
- Be proficient in HR software.
- Exhibit excellent organisational skills.
- Show strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Demonstrate proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
