We offer an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Senior Supervisor at Iceland, you will work alongside the Store Manager and the wider store team to deliver the best possible business standards with pride, pace and energy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing availability across the store.
  • Driving sales in store and always putting our customers first.
  • Providing fast and efficient service every day by providing support and communicating with the store team on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring the implementation of correct store policies and procedures.
  • Celebrating colleague and business success.

You will be responsible for managing a team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and sales results. You will also be required to maintain high levels of product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers.
