The Role

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as Head of Experience, Development & Design.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a future-fit strategy and ensuring its successful implementation across the business.

You will lead the creation of innovative product and service propositions that meet customer needs and drive competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a future-fit strategy to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead the development of innovative product and service propositions that meet customer needs and drive competitive advantage.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Own all data related to colleague and customer experience, including iNPS, eNPS, and Snapshot.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of the general mortgage market, including its distribution and developments.
  • A track record of delivering significant programmes of change that improve business effectiveness.
  • A strong understanding of product risk environment.
  • Leadership skills to navigate complex matrix environments.

About You

We are looking for someone who has extensive knowledge of the general mortgage market and has a track record of delivering significant programmes of change that improve business effectiveness.

As a leader, you should have strong analytical skills and be able to apply customer and competitor insights to drive proposition changes.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £90,000 per annum, plus benefits such as private healthcare, enhanced maternity and adoption pay, and a contributory pension scheme with a generous employer contribution.
