Requirements

Proven Leadership Experience: At least 15 years of experience leading and managing global software engineering teams.

Global Team Management: Expertise in scaling and managing remote-first engineering teams.

Post-Acquisition Integration: Extensive experience leading organisational transformations.

Cloud-Based Architectures and SaaS: Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and SaaS solutions.

SAFe Expertise: Recent hands-on experience with SAFe implementations and SAFe certification.

PE-Backed Organisations: Demonstrated success working in private equity-backed companies.

Scalable Product Development: Proven ability to drive the development and delivery of complex, scalable software products.
