Administrative Service Specialist

Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust is an integrated care organization providing Community and Acute Services to over half a million people in an urban center demanding massive regeneration and substantial premature mortality.
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Primary Care, Community & Therapies Clinical Group Out of Hours Service. This team provides inpatient, outpatient, community therapies, and nursing care.
The Out of Hours Service operates Monday - Friday 5pm - 8pm, Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays 8 am - 8 pm. There may be a requirement to work within the in hours shift system for purposes of training and rotation, cover, and meetings.
We welcome candidates who do not hold a Level 3 Team Leading/Supervisor qualification as this could be offered as a development opportunity during employment.
The successful candidate will enhance our team by having the following experience and qualities:
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Previously gained or working towards a health records management qualification recognized by IHRIM, NVQ level 4 or equivalent experience/knowledge
- RSA III or equivalent, GCE/GCSE English and Maths equivalent to a Grade C
