This is an exciting opportunity for a structural engineer to join Tetra Tech as a Senior Structural Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in technically diverse projects and deliver innovative design solutions across a broad range of clients.

You will work closely with the project Director and lead teams of engineers and technicians to deliver projects, providing structural engineering design and technical reports. Your portfolio should encompass a wide range of projects undertaking design in both steelwork and concrete.

Key responsibilities include working with the team to deliver projects, liaising with wider Tetra Tech disciplines to coordinate design and manage specialist input/surveys, undertaking financial management of projects, and undertaking design of structural engineering elements using a variety of materials.

Additionally, you will undertake condition surveys and prepare technical reports, provide technical assistance to the members of the structural engineering team, and assist other members of the structural engineering team to ensure project delivery within agreed timescales and budgets.

Requirements include a degree in civil or structural engineering, chartered status with the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) or Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), and experience working in a structural engineering consultancy environment.
