Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Midwife to join our team as a Fetal Wellbeing Lead. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to take on a challenging role, focusing on fetal surveillance and monitoring.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting midwives and obstetricians in providing high-quality intrapartum risk assessments, fresh eyes, and accurate CTG interpretation. They will also contribute to building and sustaining a safety culture on the labour ward, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience as a Band 6/7 Midwife in a High-Risk Labour Ward or equivalent. You must also possess expert knowledge of CTG interpretation, clinical teaching, and audit-based midwifery practice. Additionally, you should have experience in changing clinical practice, applying evidence-based midwifery/nursing practice, and supporting students in practice.

Salary and Benefits:
