Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physiotherapy Services Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Hospital in Hereford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the physiotherapy department, including budget management, staff support, and clinical caseload maintenance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment.
  • Maintain a clinical caseload and participate in CPD and in-service training schedules.
  • Contribute to marketing and promotion of the department within the local area.
  • Support colleagues and less experienced members of staff to enhance clinical outcomes and patient experience.
  • Manage and review the departmental budget and achievement of commercial targets.
  • Operational management experience within a healthcare setting is desirable.
  • Financial management experience within a healthcare setting is desirable.
  • Significant experience in physiotherapy delivery.
  • Evidence of leadership within a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Candidates must be computer literate as we use an electronic patient record system.
  • A BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent; registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
