Job Overview
Our client, a reputable care provider in South Wales, is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Responder to join their team on a temporary contract. This exciting opportunity will involve providing exceptional support and care to vulnerable customers in the Cardiff area.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong desire to make a positive impact. With a full UK driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, this individual will be responsible for visiting sheltered housing schemes, responding to emergency calls, and liaising with various stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple situations simultaneously. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality customer service, ensuring that every interaction is efficient, reliable, and friendly.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to emergency and priority calls from vulnerable customers, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help.
• Conduct routine visits to sheltered housing schemes, interacting with residents, and addressing their concerns.
• Liaise with other customers, next of kin, care agencies, and emergency services to provide effective solutions to sensitive and emergency situations.

Requirements
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
• Full UK driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to work unsociable hours (preferably)

What We Offer
