Executive Position: Complaints & Customer Service

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to lead our customer service team in delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in handling complex customer complaints, with a proven ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the administration of the complaints handling process and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Leading the customer service team in delivering outstanding results and meeting performance targets.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in customer service management, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Proven ability to handle complex customer complaints and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
