Job Title: Field Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Engineer to join our team at MLL Telecom Limited. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking installation, maintenance, and fault repair of our network infrastructure in accordance with work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake installation, maintenance, and fault repair of network infrastructure in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Provide advice and decisions on engineering solutions and timescales.
  • Clearly communicate results back to the wider business as required and ensure remedial work is properly recorded.
  • Manage fault diagnosis and repairs under your own control, working with Mobile Network Operators of network operations and achieve service standards.
Requirements:
  • UK field & rigging experience
  • Working at height, tower rescue certified
  • UK Driving license
  • I&C experience
  • I&M experience
  • Nokia & Ericsson base station desirable
  • Pylon, Rope Access, IPAF, PASMA, Capstan winch experience preferred
  • Analytical and open-minded.
  • A highly motivated problem solver.
  • Member of 24/7 on-call rota.
