Job Title: Team Lead Microwave Field Engineer

Job Summary:

MLL Telecom Limited is seeking a highly motivated Team Lead Microwave Field Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, and fault repair of microwave equipment in accordance with work instructions to ensure service standards are achieved in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation, maintenance, and fault repair of microwave equipment in accordance with work instructions.
  • Provide advice and decisions on engineering solutions and timescales.
  • Clearly communicate results back to the wider business as required and ensure remedial work is properly recorded.
  • Manage fault diagnosis and repairs under your own control, working with Mobile Network Operators of network operations and achieve service standards.

Requirements:

  • UK field & rigging experience
  • Working at height, tower rescue certified
  • UK Driving license
  • I&C experience
  • I&M experience
  • Nokia & E/// base station desirable
  • Pylon, Rope Access, IPAF, PASMA, Capstan winch experience preferred
  • Analytical and open-minded.
  • A highly motivated problem solver.
  • Member of 24/7 on-call rota.
