Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Network Operations Center Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our monitoring team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the high quality and availability of Via's services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Via's services and servers to identify potential issues.
  • Handle incidents professionally to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in network operations and cloud computing.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and Bash.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
