Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance the performance of our partner network.
  • Design and implement reporting processes to provide senior leadership with detailed visibility into commercial, product, financial, and operational insights.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis using SQL and other tools to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test performance improvement hypotheses.
  • Create impactful presentations to facilitate decision-making at the executive level.

About the Role

This role is part of a special projects team at Via, a pioneering company in the TransitTech category. We use new technologies to develop public mobility systems, optimizing networks of buses, shuttles, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles around the globe. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives forward, providing senior leadership with critical insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, revenue, and margins.

About You

We are looking for a strong analytical mindset with experience in managing large datasets and tools such as SQL and Tableau. You should be organized, independent, and proactive, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. A creative problem solver with 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or a similarly analytical and fast-paced environment, you will be able to navigate diverse stakeholders and facilitate productive meetings, including executive audiences.
