About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer queries, and providing accurate information about our products.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services

Working Hours:

We offer a range of part-time hours to suit your needs, including 19.5 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to select your preferred hours and shift pattern.

Training and Development:

You will receive comprehensive training and development to help you succeed in your role. This will include classroom-based and hands-on learning, as well as ongoing coaching and support.
