Leading an Outstanding rated Independent Fostering Agency based in the South East, this Deputy Area Manager position presents a chance to progress your career and gain experience at management level.

The role involves formal supervision and management of staff in local offices, including case supervision of clinical practitioners and guiding administrative staff. The ideal candidate will have experience as a manager or supervising social worker and be looking to take their career forward.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract with opportunities for development within the agency. You will receive a salary between £40,170 - £46,350 per annum.

As part of your package, you can expect generous annual leave of 28 days + bank holidays, plus an extra day off on your birthday, and good health days, provided you have no sickness in a 6 month period.

Additionally, you will be enrolled in a management development course, allowing you to continue growing professionally within the agency.
