Nursery Practitioner Opportunity

**About the Job:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Nursery Practitioner. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment for children to grow and develop.
**Responsibilities:**
- Create meaningful relationships with children, your team, and parents
- Develop activities based on children's engagement
- Assist with daily walking bus service
**Training and Support:**
You will receive one-to-one support and tuition from your apprenticeship tutor, who will make regular visits to the nursery or schedule online meetings. The training plan includes a blended approach, including virtual classrooms, webinars, work-based tasks, and online assignments.
**Salary and Benefits:**
The estimated salary for this role is £6,000 per year, paid annually. This offer may be negotiable, and pay may rise after a probation period has been successfully completed.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
GCSE English Language (Grade 4) is desirable. You will also have the opportunity to adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know.
