About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Marketing Specialist to join our team at BCMS Marketing. As a Paid Search Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the execution, strategy, and performance reporting of paid search campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and interpret performance data to provide actionable insights.
  • Continuously identify new growth opportunities and innovative strategies.
  • Manage client communications, responding to queries and updating them on performance.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors and Growth Managers to align campaign strategies with broader marketing objectives.
  • Support the development of media buying and creative roadmaps.
Requirements
  • You are an experienced Google Ads expert with a passion for eCommerce and D2C marketing.
  • You have a proven track record of working towards performance-based metrics and understand the full marketing funnel.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excel in collaborative settings.
  • You possess strong organisational skills and ensure that testing and project updates are documented and communicated effectively.
  • Proven experience in driving performance improvements through Search, Shopping, and PMAX campaigns.
  • Experience with YouTube, Demand Gen, or Discovery Ads is a plus.
  • Strong data manipulation skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
