Paid Search Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Specialist to join our team at ethix digital, a digital marketing agency based in Camden. As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, building, and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute paid search strategies across multiple clients, focusing on ethical organizations and charities.
- Plan, build, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Provide creative feedback and ad briefs to ensure high-quality ad copy.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' goals and objectives, and use this knowledge to inform paid search strategies.
- Write weekly and monthly reports to track campaign performance and provide insights for future optimization.
- Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual who is passionate about digital marketing and has a strong background in paid search and social media. The ideal candidate will have:
1+ years of experience working in paid search and social media, either in an agency or in-house setting.Confident use of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.Strong background in data analysis and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.Excellent communication and presentation skills.What We Offer- A dynamic and supportive team environment.
