Paid Search Specialist

Job Summary
HeliosX Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Search Specialist to support and optimize paid search campaigns to achieve performance targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of paid search campaigns with a budget exceeding £1m per month, ensuring they are pacing to budget and acquisition targets.
- Partner with the team to run campaigns that follow a best-in-class approach to targeting, keyword strategy, text/image creative, and automated bid strategies.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Scrutinize and analyze data to identify trends and extract actionable insights to inform strategy and optimizations.
- Produce reports that keep key stakeholders informed on recent performance and dive deeper into areas performing outside of expectations.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity to identify opportunities that keep us at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry and help us to grow market share.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in paid search or performance marketing from an agency or a similar D2C start-up.
- Someone who is comfortable working in Excel.
- Ability to prioritize workload to focus on the most impactful projects.
