EMR is a specialist in marketing recruitment, and we are currently working with a UK-based, global beauty brand that is seeking a skilled PPC Specialist to join their team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a key role in growing the brand's digital presence globally by delivering the implementation and optimization of the paid media strategy across key markets, including the UK, US, and India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to ensure strong returns and scalability.
  • Optimize targeted keywords for ad campaigns to improve performance.
  • Design and implement compelling ad copy and manage all aspects of the advertising process.
  • Proactively monitor and update campaigns to increase ROI.
  • Manage global ad campaigns with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to inform future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on PPC and Paid Media.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies, including PPC, SEO, and SEM.
  • Knowledge of paid search ad platforms such as Adwords, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, etc.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, and knowledge of data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data studio.
  • Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling ad content.
