Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Tunstall Healthcare (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business functions and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy of month-end management accounts across multiple cost centers.
  • Develop and implement data manipulation and data mapping activities to enhance performance insight.
  • Enrich monthly reporting for non-financial leaders with a focus on insightful analysis and challenge.
  • Support the development of project reporting and tracking, including project spend, capacity utilization, milestone tracking, and investment appraisal.
  • Undertake analysis of key focus areas to build understanding and generate insights from financial and non-financial information.
  • Support budget and forecast development, submission, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Candidate should have a strong commercial focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate should have attention to detail and be able to work effectively under deadlines.
  • Candidate should have a good problem-solving ability and be able to 'think outside the box.'
  • Candidate should have experience with financial analysis and reporting.
  • Candidate should have a commercial understanding and awareness.
