Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Tunstall Healthcare. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business by providing financial analysis, planning, and reporting.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of month-end management accounts across multiple cost centers
  • Driving data manipulation and data mapping activities to improve performance insight
  • Developing a suite of KPI reports to transform data into actionable business intelligence
  • Supporting the development of project reporting and tracking, including project spend and capacity utilization, milestone tracking, and investment appraisal
  • Undertaking analysis of key focus areas to build understanding and generate insight from financial and non-financial information
  • Supporting budget and forecast development, submission, and continuous improvement
