Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Tunstall Healthcare. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business by providing financial analysis, planning, and reporting.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of month-end management accounts across various cost centers, with a focus on overhead costs and accruals.
  • Driving data manipulation and data mapping activities to improve performance insight, developing a suite of KPI reports that transform data into actionable business intelligence.
  • Enriching monthly reporting to non-financial leaders with a focus on insight-driven challenge and support, ensuring we maximize our resources and identify risks or opportunities.
  • Supporting the development of project reporting and tracking, focusing on project spend, capacity utilization, milestone tracking, and project governance.
  • Undertaking analysis of key focus areas to build understanding, generating insight from financial/non-financial information to facilitate business action.
  • Supporting budget and forecast development, submission, and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the Finance Business Partner team in providing additional MFG support across areas such as resource and S&OP planning, stock holding and utilization, outsourcing, and product consolidation.
  • Supporting the Group IT transformation to ensure the business, its products, and its infrastructure are digital-ready, with an effective and efficient product release management strategy that enables benefits to be realized, and cost economies of scale are optimized for the provision of multi-regional IT services.
  • Supporting the management of and communication to stakeholder groups.
  • Supporting the transition of non-core month-end activities to the Financial Shared Services team.
