Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Tunstall Healthcare (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business by providing financial analysis, planning, and reporting.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of month-end management accounts across multiple cost centers, with a focus on overhead costs and associated accruals.
  • Driving data manipulation and data mapping activities to improve performance insight, including the development of a suite of KPI reports.
  • Enriching monthly reporting to non-financial leaders with a focus on insight-driven challenge and support, to ensure resource maximization and risk/opportunity identification.
  • Supporting the development of project reporting and tracking, including project spend and capacity utilization, milestone tracking, and investment appraisal.
  • Undertaking analysis of key focus areas to build understanding and generate insight from financial/non-financial information.
  • Supporting budget and forecast development, submission, and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the Finance Business Partner team in providing additional MFG support across areas such as resource and S&OP planning, stock holding and utilization, outsourcing, and product consolidation.
  • Supporting the Group IT transformation to ensure the business, its products, and its infrastructure are digital-ready.
