About the Role

Springfield Nursery Ltd is committed to providing exceptional early years education and care in a supportive and stimulating environment. We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Early Years Nursery Practitioner.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences, developing strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of our nursery.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or above) and experience in a similar role are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement imaginative play-based activities that foster cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in early years education

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful rural setting with a reputable organization. The salary for this role is approximately £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
