Job Title: Early Years Practitioner: We are seeking an experienced Nursery Development Lead to join our team at Springfield Nursery Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, ensuring compliance and best practices
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues, promoting excellence in early childhood education
  • Collaborate with parents and external agencies to ensure seamless transitions and coordinated care

Requirements: A minimum of a Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, leadership experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Benefits: A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience), opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive team environment.
