Job Overview

As a Clinical Simulation Specialist at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital role in shaping our services through high-quality innovative simulation training and delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for staff interested in developing their skills as a Human Factors and Simulation Practitioner.

The successful candidate will support the Trust's vision by providing expert simulation training to the workforce, underpinned by knowledge of Human Factors and Ergonomics (HF/E).

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Trust's vision and Education and Workforce Development Strategy through simulation training and delivery
  • Provide high-quality innovative simulation training to the workforce
  • Use learning identified in simulation delivery to inform safety improvement
