About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and look after all visitors to the café, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to prepare and serve food and drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements

  • No experience is necessary, but a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
