Job Summary:

Müller UK & Ireland is a leading dairy company with a strong presence in Europe. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our flavoured milk and ingredients department. Your responsibilities will include following legal compliance, taking responsibility for performance, and demonstrating company values.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow all relevant legal compliance and company policies and procedures
Take responsibility for performance compliance
Demonstrate and promote company values and principles
Actively undertake training and development to provide effective succession planning and develop a high-performing team
Work with the team to identify, implement, and sustain cost-saving initiatives
Deliver business initiatives to reduce waste
Ensure all dairy plant and equipment is appropriately cared for by raising issues to the Team Leader
Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards and requirements
Ensure all quality system controls and procedures are followed effectively to maintain product integrity

Requirements:

Production Operative experience – ideally within an FMCG environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience within a temperature-controlled environment
Teamwork and collaboration
Good listener/communicator
Ability to demonstrate initiative and prioritization skills
Effective team worker
