Job Title: Production Team Leader

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of production staff to ensure the smooth operation of our Flavoured Milk department. This will involve managing the performance of the team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of production staff to achieve daily production targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement through coaching and training
  • Manage employee performance and development
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure equipment is running efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a production leadership role
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
