About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and look after our visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare and serve food and drinks
  • Ensure that all displays and signs are accurate and looking good
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including weekends and Bank Holidays
