Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor

PropSource Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Manchester or Leeds office.

As a key member of the team, you will provide professional advice to clients across a range of multi-discipline commercial projects. Your expertise will be essential in leading the project team to deliver timely and accurate results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tasks and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
  • Administer contracts in accordance with project objectives
  • Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
  • Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow
  • Collaborate with teams to manage project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives
  • Negotiate and agree final accounts
  • Ensure projects comply with applicable statutory and regulatory legislation
  • Risk management
  • Deliver projects to agreed quality standards

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • MRICS desired but not essential
  • Previous consultancy Quantity Surveying experience
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
  • Strong leadership and commercial skills
