Service Manager - Doncaster/Edlington £38,500

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Doncaster. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centred support plans.
  • Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions/appraisals.
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team to deliver positive outcomes for service users and promote their independence.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
