Lead Our Residential Service in Doncaster

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Doncaster. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centred support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit and induct new colleagues
  • Complete supervisions, appraisals, and medication audits, as well as attending multi-disciplinary meetings
  • Effectively manage the service's P&L and ensure regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager
  • Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours
