Lead Our Residential Service in Doncaster

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee our residential service in Doncaster, providing exceptional support to individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.

As a Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing person-centered support plans
  • Conducting care needs assessments and recruiting new colleagues
  • Completing supervisions, appraisals, and medication audits
  • Attending multi-disciplinary meetings and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Managing the service's P&L and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

You'll work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure individuals gain independence and achieve positive outcomes.

We're looking for a friendly, dynamic, and caring leader with a passion for the care sector and delivering exceptional support. Previous experience as a CQC registered manager and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care are essential.
