We are seeking experienced support workers to work with adults aged 18 and upwards who require therapeutic care due to learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, or sensory impairments.

The service provides supported living services and aims to enable individuals to live as independently as possible through a tailored care pathway.

Job Overview
  • Title: Adult Learning Disability Support Worker
  • Location: Long Ashton area
  • Job Type: Flexible agency work and block bookings, with potential permanent contracts available
  • Shifts: Choose from flexible patterns (10-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, days, nights, and sleep shifts) every week
  • Pay: £13.38 per hour (including holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities

You will provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. This includes observing, monitoring, and recording patient conditions while treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty.

As an Adult Learning Disability Support Worker, you will help residents progress through a care pathway to achieve independent living. You will have the support of a team of multi-professionals.
