Salary Information

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, ranging from £45,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on their experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we offer a range of benefits designed to support your career development and personal well-being.

Key ResponsibilitiesMain Job Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and partner agencies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and investigations, gathering essential information to inform decision-making.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on adult safeguarding, staying up-to-date with legislative changes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance our services and achieve better outcomes.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of post-qualifying experience as an Adult's Reviews & Safeguarding Social Worker in the UK Social Care industry.
  • Active registration with the HCPC and a valid DBS certificate.
  • A strong track record of delivering high-quality services, with a focus on client-centered practice and collaborative working.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
