About the Role

Location: Bristol

We offer a competitive salary of £23,400 per annum, plus benefits.

This is a full-time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, with shifts varying between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care and Support: Providing assistance with daily tasks, including meal preparation, medication management, and personal care.
  • Building Meaningful Relationships: Developing close relationships with individuals, understanding their needs, and helping them live life on their own terms.
  • Empowering Independence: Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.
  • Social Engagement: Supporting activities like holidays, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone can enjoy what they love doing.
