Job Summary:
As a Regional Sales Specialist for Baxi Heating UK, you will play a vital role in maximising market share and sales through relationships with regional contractors and merchants. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance the customer experience and provide a competitive advantage within the commercial HVAC market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies for commercial boilers and heat pumps, working closely with the Head of Commercial Sales to achieve business objectives.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results-driven solutions.

About the Role:
The Regional Sales Specialist will be responsible for:
  1. Striving to recover share and volume for commercial products, while maintaining margin contributions.
  2. Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional contractors and merchants.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong understanding of the commercial HVAC market and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:
Baxi Heating UK offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
