Sales Executive for High-Growth Fintech

GTM Talent LLC is recruiting on behalf of a leading fintech company, hiring multiple Sales Executives for its London team. This company automates workflows for accounting and finance teams worldwide, with a mission to simplify financial operations using tools built by accountants, for accountants.
Position Overview: Sales Executive
The Sales Executive will be a key member of the direct sales team, responsible for driving new client acquisition for a leading Accounting Workflow Automation solution. We seek driven individuals who thrive on team success and achieving individual sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with executive-level clients, focusing on multi-million-dollar accounts, to close new business and drive revenue.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including demos, follow-ups, pricing negotiations, and contract processes, to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through targeted outreach, relationship-building, and ongoing nurturing of prospects.
- Stay informed on customer needs and competitive activity, providing insights to Sales, Marketing, and BDR teams to optimize positioning, processes, and product direction.
- Facilitate a smooth handoff to the implementation team post-sale for new clients.
What You'll Bring
- 2-5 years of software sales experience, with a record of exceeding quotas.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment.
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a self-starter attitude.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Proven track record of over-achieving quota in previous roles (top 10% of company performance).
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom, and others.

Additional Opportunity
One of the Sales Executive roles we're hiring for specifically targets the Nordics market. Candidates for this role should have relevant sales experience selling into the Nordics region.
