**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement initiatives to retain top talent across the group, promoting diversity, inclusion, career mobility, and growth opportunities.
  • Design and execute a globally aligned incentive program to drive performance and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and policy requirements, providing expert insights to senior management.
  • Cultivate a culture that attracts and retains top talent, leveraging your expertise in talent management, leadership development, and culture-building initiatives.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Understanding of financial services or fintech is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to report on human resource-related data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple locations.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary range of €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
