International Sales Director for Strategic Growth

We are partnering with Alchemy Global Talent Solutions, a renowned recruitment agency based in London, to find an exceptional International Sales Director for Strategic Growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a pivotal role in driving the company's sales expansion and growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve global sales targets, securing new business opportunities, building a high-performing outside sales team, and creating a scalable framework for rapid growth and strong client relationships. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's sales strategy and direction.
This position requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in international sales, particularly in the aerospace manufacturing industry. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels. Experience in managing teams, budgeting, and forecasting is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the aviation sector, including airlines, MROs, and other related industries. You should be proficient in IT, including business intelligence tools such as Power BI, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A strong educational background, preferably in a relevant field, is desirable.
A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including a performance-related bonus, comprehensive health insurance, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
