Homecare Support Worker

Our services support individuals with varying care needs, including learning difficulties, complex care requirements, mental health needs, dementia, and older adults.
You will play a vital role in supporting our clients' well-being and quality of life by providing companionship, administering medication, addressing nutritional needs, and assisting with personal care in their own homes.
You will also work closely with clients to adhere to their individual care plans.
What We Can Offer You:- Flexible shifts (full or part-time, days, nights, and weekends)
- Minimum 2 hour call length
- A competitive salary from £13.05 per hour (pay rates subject to change)
- Ongoing training and development opportunities (Care Certificate)
- Supportive environment with a focus on employee growth and wellbeing
- You must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Hold the right to work in the UK
- Possess a full UK driving license (travel expenses covered up to 50p per mile)
- Have a good standard of English and effective communication skills
- Maintain an enhanced DBS check (cost £45, refunded after a set period of work)
