Care Team Lead

Nurseplus seeks a skilled Care Team Lead to join our homecare team in Exeter.

This role involves overseeing the delivery of care services in the community, working closely with Service Users to understand their care needs, and developing strategies to meet these needs. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, writing care plans, and reviewing their delivery on a regular basis. This includes making initial contact with new Service Users, undertaking risk and manual handling assessments, and writing full care plans that reflect their needs.

The successful candidate will also supervise care workers, provide one-on-one direct supervision, and maintain an effective quality assurance system in consultation with the Branch Manager and Quality Assurance Advisor. Furthermore, they will conduct quality monitoring telephone calls to Service Users and liaise with Social Services as required.
