About the Role

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of care workers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional care delivery. You will work closely with our service users, conducting assessments, writing care plans, and reviewing progress to guarantee optimal outcomes.

You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, collaborate with Social Services, and participate in quality assurance initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users to identify their care needs and develop tailored care plans
  • Provide direct supervision and guidance to care workers to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Maintain effective communication with service users, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality monitoring activities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Collaborate with Social Services to ensure alignment with client reviews and care plans
Requirements
  • A full UK driving license
  • Excellent assessment and written skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, focused attitude to meet and exceed targets
